I am a Registered Nutritional Therapist specialising in female health, gut issues and weight management. My goal is to empower you to embrace a joyful healthy way of living through the food you enjoy and the life you lead. The mind and body are intertwined and the food we consume has the capacity to nourish beyond the conventional sense. Whether you are coming to me for weight loss, gut issues, hormonal symptoms or chronic illness, you needn’t worry about hard to commit too and complicated plans or scales and numbers. I focus on intuitive eating, and helping people to relearn the pleasures of eating. I believe that small lifestyle changes and keeping nutrition simple can help to achieve good health and vitality for life. I want you to learn to nourish your body and your soul, not to sacrifice 95% of your life to weigh 5% less.
